Easily the worst agents I've ever experienced. I've been trying to buy a place in Scottsville for a month, can I get a call back? NO! Now I am going to get my OWN AGENT upping the cost to the seller, and I'm going to lower my offer by 50k. THESE PEOPLE DO NOT CARE AT ALL IF YOU SELL YOUR HOUSE! 30 DAYS NO CALL BACK!

Worst experience working with one of the agents. She lied about what she had said in previous discussions, she had no attention to detail which greatly hurt negotiations, she constantly talked down to my husband and I as well as other people we were working with, she had no respect for our wishes or our situation. This agent should not be in realty or any customer service type position. I will be sending an email to the broker, but do not waste your time or sanity with this company if this is the caliber of people they have working for them.

Byrd Abbott was exceptional. She had great instinct and provided valuable advice in preparing the home for sale. She was helpful and went above and beyond to make this process efficient and super pleasant.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. FIND ANOTHER REALTOR!! Put our house on the market for months and had multiple showings and open houses. Took days for the realtor to let us know how they went! He had ZERO knowledge, communication, and salesmanship. Save your time and money.
