We’ve been using Rudy’s for all of our dry cleaning, laundering and alterations for over 15 years. They are experienced, professional, and responsive. I highly recommend them. The rug cleaning service is also excellent.

No stars after my senior citizen mother was taken advantage of to the sum of $101.50 for NO SERVICES RENDERED. It is simply deplorable that someone in the US living on a fixed income and recently widowed, be subjected to this kind of disrespect and unprofessional behavior. .No recommendations from either one of us about this business since you can't rate a business for stealing your safety pins out of 8 pairs of pants, and returning them back on standard cleaner hangers, wrapped in plastic. REALLY!! NO ALTERATIONS WHATSOEVER!!! Oh B-T-W, I had to select at least one star or I could not post this comment. ARRRRGGGGHHHH

Horrible AgainnI also took 2 pairs of jeans to be altered. Late by 2 days but worse than that. These J Brand 258 dollar a pair jeans bottoms were not reattached and were thrown out even though I gave specific instructions. They did say I'm sorry. Don't make the 500 dollar mistake I did. They can do basic dry cleaning OK.

I've been using Rudy's for years, and I have never had a reason to complain. about once every month I drop off maybe 15 shirts of all colors and styles, and 5 pairs of pants, mostly black. I ask for Medium starch. A few days later I pick it all up and everything's fine.nnThey also have a minor mending service, sewing on buttons, fixing torn belt loops, resewing seams, and the like. Again, no problems.

Pricey, double creased my pants, need better quality control. Update (May 2019): better job this time but still not perfect.
