I purchased a stove from there in 2018, first time I have ever dealt with them. They were magnificent! Flash forward to now, my stove stopped working. I called Doug's Maytag one evening after they had closed. They called me back the next morning first thing. Had my service scheduled that same day! The tech came out, and really worked to find the problem! Spent time, was efficient, found the problem that ended up being a household problem! BEST SERVICE I have had! You could tell he was really trying to find the problem, not just saying you need a new appliance! Awesome service, friendly, efficient and QUICK!nYou just can't get this type of service from a big chain!
I bought a new Speed Queen washer and dryer set--almost $2200 with delivery.nnDoug's Maytag registered the warranty to an incorrect address and didn't register the units for the limited time 10 year warranty. I noticed this on my own and thankfully contacted Speed Queen directly to correct the registration error while I was still eligible for the 10 year warranty (you are required to register within 30 days of taking delivery on the unit, and to explicitly use a promo code from the dealer for the 10 year warranty).nnFor that amount of money, I shouldn't have to follow around after them making sure the dealer does their job.
You just cant get this kind of service at a large chain store.
Great place. They get everything done quick and therefore I think the labor was more than what I expected. But they had it done before i expected so is all good.
