Why on earth would you cut off the air conditioning when its clearly still hot outside. The dryers alone kick out heat. Its humid in the store. I can see if the air condition is broke but its not. You rather for your employees and customers suffer so you can save money. The weather is not stable in North Carolina. It can be hot one day cold the next and hot the 3rd day. Why not adjust the temperature instead of turning it off? Your reasoning doesn't make since at all. When you're the owner you can do whatever you want to but at the end of the day God isn't please with your heart & motives.
I’m standing here 20 minutes after I arrived waiting for these incompetent workers to finish loading the change machine. They seem to enjoy their witty banter more than the actual job which is extremely annoying. The guy who is usually here to open up is amazing, these two yahoos not so much.
Machines only 3.oo and you charge my card 5.00. Rip off.

As a repeat customer on a daily basis your Piney Forest rd facility is absolutely in serious need of your attention ASAP PLEASE. Machines are all tagged not working and today the change machine doesn't even work. The facility used to be clean and usable but not now nothing works, always water running across the floor, trash all over the place . For the cost of doing business please fix the facility.
