I've been with my Grandpa to go to this clinic and the main hospital in Salem, VA. When I'm with him he's ok, but sometimes he's in tears. He was one that had his blood pressure altered. My mom finally took him to our old family doctor. This clinic are nice to me when I've taken him.

This location needs a leader in charge that is committed to the well-being of the veterans served. Presently, this location does not have the leadership needed to meet the needs of the veterans. Appointments are being cancelled without notifying veterans. Pact team physican job has not been filled in a timely manner and continues to remain unfilled. Within weeks of scheduled appointments, cancelling and shifting those appointments around is occurring excessively. If a committed leader is put in charge, the Danville Virginia VA Clinic will have the potential to become a great place for veterans to receive care.

The lady that does the covid screening so you can enter the building does not wear her mask properly, like won't ever cover her nose. The only medical advice they give is go to medexpress, they won't make appointments for patients unless you get patient advocacy involved. This CBOC is a total waste of tax payer dollars as they are totally incompotent.

I have experienced the worse service possible on a continuous bases. The front clerks are incompetent and unprofessional. I would not have recommended using this va facility.

This place is pathetic. LPN's are managing healthcare. Making decisions they have no professional ability doing.
