Easy to find from the expressways. Lots of parking available. Staff were very helpful and informative. Station well kept and maintained. Trains were nice! My first time on a metro was a great experience!

The Huntington Metro station was renovated during the summer 2019. The station has new escalators which should be more reliable than the 40 year old ones. The bus stops are brand new and have displays showing the waiting time of the next bus. The platforms have USB and electric outlets to charge your phone in addition to free WiFi. Overall, the money was well-spent.
It's a great place
Have watched this Metro Station for years: New apartments/condos across the street, breakfast restaurant also across the street top side and Dunkin Donut, too. Will be a new high-rise going in (top-side) and a new cover for the escalator, so there will be construction to deal with for a while. Not necessary to own a vehicle if you live in this area - can get to anywhere with Metro and Uber. Best of all, the cost of living in this area of the Metro DC Area is less than at other places!
