Pete came out and did an estimate for us and was super helpful in answering all our questions. Bryan, Edgar and James installed our new AC unit and heating system. They were efficient and prompt and did a really great job! During this time, James found a leak on a pipe leading from our water heater and Nii came out on the following Wednesday to fix it quickly and cleanly. They were all extremely polite, respectful and professional workers! We highly recommend using M.E. Flow.

On 22 Dec 2020, Mr. Raul Pinto, Plumber for M.E. Flow Company came to fix our propane water heater. He was amazing. He was extremely thorough, conscientious, Knowledgeable and friendly.nnWe have had a number of plumbers over the past five years and I can honestly state that he was the very best plumber that we ever had. Not only had he the expertise to do the job correctly the first time, but he had the high quality tools to accomplish it. We have the highest praise for him and the M.E. Flow Company.nnWe will highly recommend the company and Mr. Pinto to our friends and community alike. We are so thankful for the excellent quality of the job and the representative of the company.

Melvin Morales came out on time and performed regular maintenance on my tankless water heater. He was thorough, knowledgeable and took the extra time to make sure my system and maintenance was registered with the manufacturer. These machines are actually now computers and he demonstrated a high degree of knowledge about my particular system. I’ve had good experiences with this company and I’ve been impressed with the professionalism of their employees.

In December 2020, my heat pump was serviced by M.E. Flow under a service contract. The service I was given is best described as excellent. The technicians were knowledgeable, experienced, courteous, and professional.nnThey addressed my concern about the service by a previous contractor on the heat pump and readily answered other questions. They checked the humidifier, suggesting that I get new pads if I intended to use it this winter. The technician noticed that other electronics that needed to be installed in the same utility room had been placed on the heat pump, which was the only location; he suggested that I build a small shelf on the wall for the equipment to avoid unexpected leaks from the humidifier above.nnWhen I moved into my apartment 18 years ago, I had the entire heat pump replaced because of its age and the previous owner replaced the compressor but not the air handler. M. E. Flow replaced the unit. Since then, I had M.E. Flow replace it again as it was reaching the end of its service life. M.E. Flow also does my plumbing work.nnAll of this work is done with the same profession expertise.nnI highly recommend M.E. Flow.

Melvin was amazing! Our preschool had two toilets break simultaneously, and he was able to fix both of them in the same day. Great customer service overall, and very timely. Thanks for a wonderful experience!
