Another good experience with John C. Flood. Dale Junior is great! He fixed my furnace! Very professional!nnSeparate service call — Richard was very persistent - the drain was really, really clogged! But all better now. Professional and knowledgeable. Appreciate the quality of service and the quality of their team.

Very happy with John C. Flood. They were very professional. What I think I liked most about this company is that they sent an email & text detailing the information regarding my appointment and a photo of the Tech. Scott who would be arriving. Scott was great and explained everything to me in a simple and easy to understand way. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I also got a service contract with them. Thank you, John C. Flood and Scott!

The technician was very helpful and answered questions that I had regarding the filters. I was given a four hour window of time for his arrival so planned my schedule accordingly but had to call after the window of time was over and was told that he was running late. I would have appreciated a call to let me know so that I could have planned differently. Otherwise, the service was good and the technician followed all protocols for COVID.

Harry Hudson, with Flood Plumbing, was here on a service call to check a leaking toilet. He discovered that a crack in the front continued across the base of the toilet so it had to be replaced. Mr. Hudson was polite, efficient, explained everything and went way beyond the call by waiting an hour for parts to be delivered. He let me know about some issues that were related to the poor functioning of that toilet and I am so grateful he was able to get here within 24 hours of my call for help. He did an excellent job and I hope if I need Flood Plumbing again that he gets sent!

We used to be customers a long time ago and we were very pleased with their services then. Nothing has changed at all. Their service and professionalism remains the same. I am so glad I was able to use their services again. Thanks for an excellent job! The technician was the best!
