Not happy with their heating repair services. The technician that came out didn't seem to be knowledgeable. They also overcharge. Be aware!

I recently purchased a nest thermostat, and as much as I was hoping it would work with my boiler system, it didn't. The owner took the time to call me and work with me to figure out next steps. I appreciate the time and callback.

These guys seem to know their stuff. I was getting a slight amount of icing on the coil in the air handler, which I’ve seen before, so I called them to schedule a recharge of the Puron. The tech who came out said he installed my make and model of heat pump for about six years so he knew it well. He checked the thermostat for error codes and then ran a diagnostic test to check for problems.nnIt turns out the Puron wasn’t low, instead the valve in the coil was stuck in one position, which was causing the icing. The coil was also a bit rusted out so we decided to replace the whole coil with a new aluminum version. Everything is now back up and running and it’s even pumping out colder air than it was before the repair, so that’s an added bonus.
