Excellent service in the installation of a new hot water heater and the removal of the old unit!

J.E. Merino installed a Flo by Moen and a whole home water filtration system by GE. During the installation, they fixed my main shut-off valve as well, which was old and not fully closing. They did a very good job and came up with a creative solution to install the products next to a gas line in a small closet and still keep it open enough for storage space. I will definitely be calling them again for any plumbing needs I have. Highly recommend!

We recently hired J.E. Merino to take care of several plumbing projects in our home. From the start, they were extremely easy to work with, and we really appreciated the fact that they provided an online quote, which we found several other companies were unwilling to provide. This was particularly helpful during the pandemic, as we try to limit the number of people in our home at a given time.nnJ.E. Merino spent several hours over two days working in our house, and we felt extremely comfortable the entire time. They were great about socially distancing and wore masks the whole time. They also did a great job with all of our plumbing projects, some of which were more a bit complicated due to the age of our (80-year-old) home and plumbing system. I couldn't recommend J.E. Merino more highly!

Kenny and his team redid my shower including tile, and bathtub replacement as well as adding tile backsplash to my kitchen. I’m very happy with the work they’ve done as Kenny was communicative throughout the process and very responsive to my questions/comments. I’ve worked with several contractors in renovating my condo and I find that many are good at doing specific tasks but not at managing the flow of the project to ensure things are done in a timely fashion with structure. Kenny is an excellent project manager on top of having the knowledge to do the actual work. I highly recommend JE Merino Plumbing and will be using them for future renovation projects.
