We had a leak somewhere in our bathroom that was causing water to drip from the dining room ceiling when the shower was used. Jacob found the problem quickly and replaced the rotted gasket. We also had him replace the tub spout and shower head since he was here. Additionally, we discovered the night before our appointment that one of our sump pumps appeared to be broken. Jacob replaced it with one from his truck. All in all, the service was OUTSTANDING! He took the time to explain everything and demonstrate that the issues were resolved. Pricing was reasonable and service was quick, professional and personable. Cannot rate Pipe Doctor highly enough! Definitely recommend!
Had a recent experience with Pipe Doctor while they were in my neighborhood doing some excavation and significant plumbing work. I feel your average company really doesnt seem to care much about getting the job done well while causing as little interruption as possible, to include returning the job site to as good ( or better ) or a state than it was when they began. We certainly experienced that with the Pipe Doctor, they went well out of their way to make sure that every item from the job was done extremely well, and went so far as to even go past the areas they worked in in some cleanup, and laying down new grass seed etc.nnReally top notch bunch of guys, we worked with the Owner Gary, and I have to say he's someone we will use for a long time to come for our plumbing needs.
Adam showed up right on time and diagnosed our faulty vacuum breaker within minutes. I honestly thought the appointment was just an estimate and they would have to come out again later to do any work. Nope, Adam replaced the bad part right there and was gone within the hour. He took the time to explain to me how to take care of the hose system so I didn't make the same mistakes as the previous owners. I was very pleased with how fast and easy the whole process was. Magnificent beard too, by the way!
So I woke up Black Friday Weekend to take a shower for work and had zero hot water. I called three plumbers including a plumber I've used for years and no answer. I called pipe doctor a lovely young woman answered and told me a technician named Adam would be at my home by 4pm. I was at work but my gf was home.. Adam was on time and quickly determined my hot water heater was over 20 years old. He said he could reset the breaker that tripped but due to age it needed to be replaced. He also recommended a couple other repairs to increase performance. We scheduled the replacement for Monday. He was there first thing installed the water heater and did the other work. It looks great and I'm mainly happy to have hot water again. The price for the work was more than fair. This is a classy business the people I worked with, the young lady in the office (I cant remember her name sorry) and Adam were top notch professional. I am a customer for life after they helped me out particularly when no one else would. This is a small local business that deserves my support I will highly recommend them to anyone reading this along with my friends and family. I can't thank pipe doctor enough!
Adam and Owen are awesome! Another plumber suggested breaking tiles to fix the issue in the shower. Adam explained he could try a few things before resorting to that drastic step. He and his beard worked their magic and extracted a corroded piece of the shower arm out in no time. He any Owen have excellent customer service. Fair price and efficient. Best team on the east coast hands down.
