I really appreciate the responsiveness and commitment to quality service of O’Neill plumbing. Whenever I have had to call with random requests (like a water heater inspection in August), and for emergency plumbing services, Shannon squeezed me in and made it to my home in the same day to troubleshoot and solve whatever issues I was having. Very knowledgeable, great service, and I trust him and his team fully to deliver! Def recommend.

Shannon and his team came out on short notice and identified the cause of our leak then repaired it quickly and effectively. They connected us with a water mitigation group as well who was able to come out the same day. Shannon is great and takes pride in his work. I would highly recommend O'Neill.

Customer for life. I have used O'Neill twice, and both times they were quick to respond, communicative, transparent, and courteous. I've done renovations on my own home and also on a multi unit rental property so Ive hired all types of contractors over the years, but Shannon is one that stands out in the crowd. I'd recommend him to every friend I have. Don't hesitate to call.

I highly recommend O’Neill plumbing. I called to schedule an appointment to find a leak. Shannon actually took time out of his other obligations to walk through the potential leak sources over the phone. I couldn’t find the leak myself, so we scheduled an appointment and he found the leak source within 10 minutes of arrival. He provided quick, quality service and advice. O’Neill is my plumber, and they should be yours too.

I am so thankful. I called looking for someone to repair the lack of pressure from our water well. I called and got no answer. To my surprise, Shannon called back. I did not leave a message. I appreciate the customer service, calling back and wanted to know how he could help. Within 2 days he found the problem, had the parts and scheduled an install date. O’Neill is our new plumber.
