I had an appt scheduled for the next day but our clogged toilet turned into an emergency situation. I called to see if we could get someone out that night and they informed me they had 2 technicians in my area and they would send one out when they were finished. Within the hour they called me to let me know someone was on their way and it would be about 30-45 minutes. Jaxon showed up within that time. He looked at things, asked questions, and explained pricing with me before starting anything. When I told him that we wanted the toilet unclogged and him to clean the main line since they were there, he made sure I understood it may not be necessary and how much it would cost. We told him to do it anyway and he did a good job! respectful and answered all questions.
