I am using this cleaning service since 11 years. I dropped my blanket for dry cleaning.They used water and hangs my blanket on the sun. The blanket was full of yellow spots and the hanger spots. The lady was rude, disrespectful and was yelling at me. She called me dirty. I paid $699 for my feather blanket and I always used a duvet. I won’t recommend this place to anyone.

Went for the first time a few weeks ago and the original experience was good. I went to wear a pair of pants which were cleaned and noticed a large hole on the seat of the pants. Shocked, I took them back the next day to show them but got instantly blamed without her really looking at them. She immediately tried to find ways to blame me which was an odd way method of customer service. Realizing that she was not going to take any ownership of the issue I went to leave and only then she offered to try and fix them. At that point she had questioned my integrity and also I did not see how she could repair the pants or the relationship. Never going back.
