Extremely expensive - costs about $20 for a load! On top of that very poor customer service! The machines are broken causing clothes to improperly dry and the need to keep feeding the machines. The doors of the dryers don’t close because of damaged frames resulting in having to pay repeatedly to start them. Employees simply shrug off saying “they are not responsible” when I complained about the fact that the machines don’t close properly or dry the clothes fully. Additionally, when asked about the manager or owner’s information they refuse to even provide that. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE

Okay so I had never used a laundromat as an adult before this and I was nervous about the experience because I have anxiety but I called and asked a few questions and the woman I spoke to was very patient and nice with me and explained it to me. I went in that same day and met a different woman who was just as friendly. She explained the process to me and I dropped my clothes off. I picked them up the next morning and they were perfectly folded and bagged and smelled so good! Positive experience. the place was very clean.

This is one of the most expensive laundromats I have ever been too in Alexandria. $9 plus change for the big washer, $6 plus change for the next size down. Who wants to spend $20 just to wash?!

Honestly I was kind of nervous going to a local laundromat that wasn’t a chain with flashy signs, but I was very surprised when I went inside. It’s pretty big and the machines were all clean and fairly new looking. They give you free dryer time with each wash, and I didn’t even need to pay for extra dryer time because my stuff dried so fast. Of course they have the cheesy mobile phone service desk in the front, but other than that it was a pretty well run establishment.
