If I could give them zero stars or even negative points I would. I had a horrible experience at this place with the older Asian lady that does alterations. She charged me $75 to alter a dress I had for a wedding and I did the mistake of prepaying for the work. When I came back to pick up my dress the lady couldn't find it and tried to tell me I never left the dress. I showed her the receipt for the alteration and she still couldn't find it trying to convince me I didn't leave it. She finally found the dress after 20 minutes of looking for it and she never did any work to the dress. I told her I wanted my money back because she didn't do anything to the dress and her response was she already emptied her cash register. She tried to lie and say that she worked on the dress, but it was exactly the same and still didn't fit. She argued with me and called me names I even called non-emergency police on her. Moral of the story is DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!! They will steal your money call you names and not do the work. My main issue is with the alterations lady, but everyone else that works there saw the situation and didn't say or do anything. This place is HORRIBLE.!

I see some of the reviews and don't understand them? I'm sorry these people might've had a bad experience but my experience was nothing less than amazing! I was getting ready to attend a funeral and my suit got soiled. I only had an hour and a half before I had to leave for the funeral and called Dutch girl dry cleaners to see if there was anything they could do to help. The manager Bob told me he could and asked me to come in immediately. I went in at 8 o'clock in the morning and he had my suit dry cleaned, pressed and back to me before 930. I cannot say enough about management and staff for my experience. Unfortunately I do not live near them or I would use them full-time for all of my dry cleaning needs.
