There are several people in here with no mask on and we are in the second wave of the pandemic. These two gentlemen are barely six feet apart from each other and when I noticed it were directly behind and adjacent to me. The employee walking around mopping and sweeping walked by them several times before I stepped in and asked them to enforce the known policy as stated on the door of the facility as you enter. I have been coming here for a year and although I can overlook only hearing Hispanic music playing over the TV or speaker I won’t return because it’s not worth my life or the lives of those I love.

Typically this is a good place to wash your clothes. Unfortunately, today wasn’t a good day. I washed and was able to dry my clothes. The laundromat had no one in there so I said why not fold my laundry. As my friend and I was raving about how much fun it was having a laundromat buddy. A family comes in and three of the individuals didn’t have on mask. This occurred for about ten minutes and then I said something to the employee on duty. The employee was very nonchalant when I asked her to have the family put on their masks. It was almost as if she knew them and it wasn’t a big deal. They continued to walk around without a mask for seven minutes after they was told to put a mask on. I will not allow this one experience to ruin my other visits but... COVID-19 is real and this was unacceptable

I just want to know why was I charged $5.00 on a $3.00 machine...is there a fee for using a credit card? If so why isn't it posted ? Tried to call but no one answered and voice mail full. Someone please let me know I cannot afford to get ripped off.

It is spacious, clean and has convenient payment options. This is the first laundromat in this area that I've encountered to use credit cards. It helps because I do not always want to use the change machine. This will be my official laundromat.

It’s 2:57pm on Saturday, October 11th. I asked the one staff member how to get the dryer to reflect the time I paid for on the card machine. She did not understand. A fellow customer came with her to my machine to translate. The customer increased the purchase amount and under the watch of the staff told me to swipe my card more times. I ended up paying for 20 more minutes than I wanted. The staff member did not refund the difference.nnIt’s not good business to have staff who cannot speak and comprehend.nnUltimately, my money was returned to me. Thankfully, the staff made a phone call and returned me my $1 and another customer translated.nnVery stressful.nnThis is the only inconvenience I have suffered at either location.nnOverall it’s a very good facility.nnA-
