The owner always greets me with a smile. My suits are always clean to perfection, and in a very timely manner. Always excellent customer service.
I’ve been using this cleaner for about 2 years now and they are hands down THE BEST. I always enjoy the friendly greetings and customer service I get when I arrive as well. Recently, The stitching on my favorite chenille sweater completely unraveled and one whole sleeve was completely ripped from the wrist to shoulder. I usually can do minor corrections and alterations myself but Chenille is a bit difficult. Well Kings Cleaners did a FANTASTIC job and I’m so pleased! Thank you guys so much!!!
Went for a minor alteration, owner suggested 3 hour pick up time even though it was not busy at all, came next day job still not ready, had to wait 10 minutes more. Price not reasonable as most other dry cleaners charge less for the same. As a result alteration was haphazard and crooked. Not happy with overall service and value.
Consistent great service with a smile!
I went in to have shirts and pants pressed and was charged for dry cleaning of each item. None of the items required dry cleaning. Will not be back and suggest everyone using this cleaner to find another.
