I've used LookSharp for my dry cleaning needs for the past 10 years or so. Wonderful family business. We've always had a great experience... their pickup/dropoff service is super convenient and the quality is always top notch. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

We love everyone at this business. They are hands down the best dry cleaner we have ever worked with. TJ and Lisa and the entire family treat you like an extension and they really care about their work. We moved away and still continue to use them via their delivery service.
I am extremely happy with the level of service and the condition of my clothes when I get them back. If there is any doubt, I receive a text message on how I would like to proceed with a particular item before they try to clean it. I even used them to clean an heirloom baptismal gown that is over 100 years old.
In regards to tailoring, please be aware of high price, overcharging, changing dates of receipts and tickets, as well as taking a long time for order. They also did not respond to complaints over a long period of time in many venues. I originally had more detail here, but removed after my bank helped me resolve it. I also had pictures of the receipts to show abnormally high cost and how they made one bill and ready date, before the date of drop off, but took off for privacy. Many off things. We also noted on the high reviews, which brought us in initially, were very short, overly positive, by people who had only done one review. They did not offer to deliver something like they offered when when I was already upset about their $50 charge and long time, they ended up charging me $70.00. Don't know for sure, but a warning. It is a shame, we lived very close by and wanted to do local. It took our bank to resolve it.
