I brought a Lilly Pulitzer maxi dress in for alterations based on the recommendation of the sales clerk. They did a great job, for a great price. Work was done in a week. Would definitely bring my tailoring here in the future.
This is a horrible place with a very rude owner. They ruined 2 pairs of my dress pants with bleach or some other chemical that left large white stains. When I went back to show the damage to the owner he claimed that the chemical stains were there before I brought them in and I must not have noticed! I told him that was impossible especially because both pairs had the exact same kind of damage. He then essentially told me to leave and that there was nothing he would do about it. Besides all of that, this place is overpriced compared to other dry cleaners in the area. Save your money and possible damage to your clothes.
Great experience. I had a rush and they were able to get it done in time without issue. I was missing a button on my tux, but still had the bottom (useless) button. He pointed it out, and I asked if they had any buttons. They didn't and I made an off-hand comment about that I would just have to move the button with a sewing kit the next day before the event. I got the tux back and the button had been moved with no charge. Would definitely recommend!
Just speaking from my own experience— I've been going there weekly for years, and the one time that an item of mine was damaged, the owner made it right. They're also friendly and have done a great job on both alterations and cleaning for me.
Great, friendly customer service. I've never experienced any problems with quality of work. I've had dry cleaning and alterations done with both meeting my expectations.
