Hem job was amateur at best. Customer service is not good. I use them only because they’re closest. I will never use them for alterations again.

I ordered some suits online that are normall my size and went here to get them altered. When my pants didn’t fit the lady started saying how I should have tried them on, how I’m wasting her time, how I waste money on pants that do not fit. I said I can return them. She could not grasp the concept of return and keep on lecturing me about my pants. I still had two other suits to get adjusted but she wouldn’t stop on my pants and how I waste money on suits. I told her to stop many times but she then says “do I have an issue with her? Why do you have an attitude? Why you leaving?” I said “I don’t think we are on the same page and I left. “. This place usually does and “ok” job on alterations but this time was the end. Go someplace else!

This place is awesome. I take my dry cleaning here every week. SUPER friendly and very prompt. Don't listen to the people below. This place is great

Shop has a customer database that keeps track of orders. Pay in pickup with ticket.nn$18 for alterations for men’s dress shirt. No list of services viable when I went.

Made my goose down jacket look clean, warm, fluffy and brand new again, very happy with the results! All stains Removed.
