While not the closest car wash, they are the best I've found in my area. I've used Mr. Kleen for many years (five different cars) and have consistently received great service and a quality cleaning. Highly recommend.
Although your car looks good on the outside, when they are busy, which is most of the time, check your carpets. Sometimes they not vacuum under the car mats look in the corners. When this happens just open all the doors and wipe the water drops from all door jams. I will still take my cars there for a wash...but, I will check a little closer on my next visit.
I have been using Mr. Kleen for what seems like forever (could be over 30 years?). I have always had great service and cleaning from them. They are so good that I drive from McLean Virginia to use Mr. Kleen. There is a closer car wash to where I live, but the service from the McLean company (not Mr. Kleen) is not anywhere as good or as thorough
First time visiting Mr. Kleen. Staff are professional. Wasn’t completely satisfied so they put it through a detail and wash again with no questions asked or hesitation! I would 100% recommend them!! Will be returning :)
Poor wash job, didn't bother to vac my mats (full service), didn't clean windows, I regret leaving $ 5 in the tip box. Wasn't busy at all, help is just lazy. Won't be going back and I was a customer for over 20 years. Do I ask them to re-do it? No - I shouldn't have to.
