The perfect small wedding venue on island. Especially during COVID restrictions. The NHA was wonderful and Linda Simmons (Unitarian Church) was unbelievable. Highly suggest a consideration (and yes, the history of Quakers and influence on island and elsewhere during the 1800's is fascinating).
Very nice videos explaining the Quakers.
It's a small, plain meeting house. Interesting to learn, from the pamphlet, how much the Quakers influenced Nantucket culture and architecture.
Very pretentious Meeting place. If you aren't wearing Sperry's and have a popped collared vineyard vines polo then you'll be judged and they'll splash you with Nantucket Nectar's Pressed Apple (just like their khakis). Bonus points if you wear a sweater around your neck mid summer and only Italian-made sunglasses please.
Came here for a wedding. Fun little venue with rich history!
