I stayed at the Lorien for 2 nights during my Spring Break and had peace of mind like no other. My room was clean. The staff was responsive and sweet. After I checked out I went to the spa and had a rose quartz stone massage. Diego was wonderful. The utmost professional that took time and care to work out the pinned up stress and knots in my muscles. I plan to schedule another appointment because I deserve it and it was worth it.

Had an absolutely wonderful stay this past weekend! Front desk staff was so very welcoming, helpful, and friendly; not to mention went above and beyond to make our weekend memorable! Nightly complimentary wine was a nice added perk. Location is a good mile from the water but so much to do along the walk. Will definitely stay here again!

My husband and I chose Lorien Hotel and Spa to celebrate our 5 year anniversary and had an absolutely amazing time! Justine provided exceptional service from the very first phone call to the hotel inquiring about the room and amenities all the way up to checking out of the hotel on a snowy afternoon! We enjoyed our stay at the Lorien Suite and brunch at BRABO was absolutely delicious (both were recommended by her). I can't thank her enough for helping make this celebration a special and memorable one!

My stay was very pleasant, and I am certainly going to recommend the Lorien to anyone who cares to listen. The ONLY issue I had was with not being acknowledged by the kid at the front desk. Henry was fantastic, but whoever took the overnight shift after him needs a lot more training, and perhaps better supervision.

Fantastic experience all round! We stayed here for one night with our dog. The hotel is in a very central location in the beautiful Alexandria neighborhood, and the hotel itself is very modern, clean, and well-kept. Our bedroom was so clean and was enormous! We had a balcony which overlooked the courtyard which was really pretty. Robes and luxury toiletries were provided in our room, so we felt like we were in a spa (even though the actual spa at the hotel was closed due to COVID-19). The gym was good and had modern equipment which was sufficient to do a good variety of exercises. The free morning coffee display had a good choice of teas and coffees. The staff were very helpful too. Very impressed with our overall experience.
