My husband and I lived at AVE for about 2 years and had a great experience. The leasing office (especially Alexa) was always organized, efficient, and very friendly. Maintenance requests were easy to put in and handled right away. The amenities/clubhouse are amazing/very modern (free Starbucks coffee in the lobby, teas, snacks). Apartment itself was nice just the living room was smaller than what we would have liked.

Alexa Copeland has been assisting me in obtaining an apartment as I downsize from my home. She has been very polite, kind, and very competent. She is prompt and patient in responding to my questions and concerns. She has facilitated this process with ease and kindness even responding to my emails in the evening after her work day has ended. I am looking forward to moving to AVE!

Top notch management, extremely helpful and pleasant staff....apartments and amenities are state of the art! I love living here!

Startingly nice milieu to live for enjoy and balance of work and live, like fitness room and business center, as well as friendly neighbor, even in social distance period. I'd like to recommend to you.
