Do NOT trust Appleton Chase Cohen & London to represent you in a residential tax appeal...they are a SCAM...a BAIT & SWITCH! They led us to believe that we were paying too much in real estate taxes and even set up a court date for our tax appeal, which we paid for (and have not been refunded for). We had to contact them to find a real estate appraiser to appraise our property and were told that they were too busy. Days before the court date we contacted Appleton Chase Cohen & London because we didn't have a property appraisal yet and were told that the court date would be cancelled because there would be no tax savings for us...we were then told they only use averages (not actuals) when they send out letters to try to hook you in as a client. What a waste of time and money.

Cannot thank them enough! We got a letter in the mail, and at forst was a little skeptical. We thought it was to good to be true. However, we moved forward (you really have little to lose). We appealed our tax rate with Appleton and won! They saved us $2000 per year and it only cost $1000 of the forst year of savings. Highly recommend!

Did what they said they would do. We are happy with the result. They were able to do the job even with covid hurdles.
