Have never actually taken the train from her but came here to do a photoshoot and I have to say, it is a STUNNING newly renovated station which is perfect for taking pictures. Little to zero people, not crowded, gorgeous marble architecture, a dream for a camera to capture. Will definitely recommend for aesthetic viewing purposes!! Brings pleasure to the eye!

Terrible, the food person barked as I was trying to get me and my luggage on train, mask fell off nose... Proceeded to follow me to me seat constantly telling me to fix said mask, the proceeded to harass me the whole 9 hour trip. I couldn't eat or drink without her barking at me. In my seat she continually walked by to check. Really??? I always enjoyed Amtrak most all the people usually were nice and understanding. Not anymore. You need to teach better customer service to your employees. I got her name and will complain formally.

I like Union Station the building is historical and beautiful and the exterior has been recently renovated plus they now have a police sub station there

It was my first experience but to me it’s a nightmare, I boarded from DC to Worcester on the 11th March 2020, we spent 3hrs at SPRINGFIELD then when we took off to Worcester without any reason or a reason best known to the operator we were parked on the middle of the trip for another 2hours.Im very sorry to say that this kind of poor service should not be rendered to the public. It’s a big mess n a big shame
