We've used Garabedian on a number of occasions for various small/medium projects (servicing, replacing a direct vent heater), and then sadly this weekend, both our hot water heater and boiler died.nnTwo days after this died, we had heat and hot water again! Yes, it's expensive (but not as bad as I'd initially feared). Yes, you get what you pay for and I will recommend Garabedian to anyone. Rick was terrific this week, and we'd worked with Steve in the past.nnRick clearly takes pride in his work and patiently took the time to show how everything worked together and what I needed to do to maintain it. The work area was clean and neat when he left.nnIf you need a plumber, call Garabedian.
PLUMBING: Our kitchen sink had backed up and water was leaking from under the sink. Rick, from Garabedian, came out shortly after we called. He knew immediately what caused the problem. We have used these guys for 20 years. Love their promptness, suggestions for buying new or fixing old and you cannot beat the price for the quality we received. Thank you Garabedian!
If you have any plumbing problems, you are in amazing hands with Garabedian. We came home to no heat and a burst pipe that was flooding our kitchen and finished basement. As you can imagine, we were in a panic, especially since it was after hours. We called and within minutes Rick called back and was on his way. He jumped right in and got our heat on and was quickly fixing the burst pipes. He was extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure he found all the leaks. It’s often hard to know which companies you can trust and that will do a great job. It’s a relief to know we can rely on them for any future plumbing issues we have.
Great service. Had them come by for a water heater that was spraying all over the place, they had it replaced within a few hours the next day. Good prices and good people.
This is the second time that we needed them. Once was on Christmas Eve and again for a dialysis hookup problem. Both were completed quickly. The plumbers that came were exceptionally nice and knowledgeable. Dialysis connections are rare and they were able to fix the problem even though they did not do the initial connections. I would recommend them to anyone in need of plunking services for any problem.
