JoAnn is amazing! She’s great at what she does! Her background as an RN makes her very knowledgeable on everything she’s working with. JoAnn makes sure to tell you what the proper care is after the hair removal and only wants what’s best for her clients. She’s accommodating to scheduling which really nice! I highly highly recommend her, she is fantastic!!

JoAnn is a AMAZING! I have never used an adjective that more accurately describes a person. She is knowledgable, patient, she explains everything she is doing and she does it well. Her prices are more than fair and affordable and she is very responsive and accommodating when it comes to scheduling appointments. Beyond everything, she is kind, and has an exceptional ability to connect, to understand and show compassion for those she helps every day. I am beyond lucky to have found her. JoAnn is absolutely amazing. I had gone to another electrolysis for some time before coming to JoAnn, and just after our first session I could already see a major difference! JoAnn is incredibly thorough in her work, makes the environment very comfortable, and makes sure that you are fully pleased with the results after every appointment. She accommodates to any scheduling necessities even if she’s all booked up, she will try her best to fit you in when you need it. I cannot recommend enough, if you are in the central mass area, do go to JoAnn - this is coming from someone who has had experience with electrolysis and other people who have done permanent hair removal procedures
