I went in open minded hoping this establishment could do a hairstyle that I asked for. I asked for highlights and the results were just HORRIFYING. I expressed my concern and she replied with “you should go get a wig and see how it looks like.” I know Halloween is over but this place is a HAUNTED HOUSE. My experience was extremely scary. They didn’t even have masks on. We are in the middle of a pandemic-are you serious??? RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. If I didn’t express my concern she would have charged me the full price. I refused to pay full service when I am UNHAPPY with the results. I work hard for my money and should not have to settle with “yOu sHoUlD gEt A wIg.”
I thought that they did an amazing job with daughters hair. Thanks this was long over due for them. This is a experience they will never forget I'm looking forward to going back to do their hair again. Thanks so much for the help to get their hair looking right.
It was my first time there... never again will I return... my daughters hair was cutt on even when got my curls done it came out with in seconds of being done... I've always gotten curls done and never had this issue... I do not recommend anyone going there... i recommend you to look very closely where u go to get your hair done
Didn’t do the color I asked for very unprofessional and doesn’t listen to what customer wants. Ruined my hair now I have to go to another place to get it fixed!
Srelis has been my stylist for more than 20+ years and I have never left with a frown on my face. I have tried other stylists but none compare to her abilities on my hair. If you go about doing odd processing to your hair dont expect miracles by going to other salons which did not do the job in the first place to blame. Arelis will tell you upfront what will happen to your hair if anything you trying to attempt its not recommendable. I support this business n her abilities 100%.
