Do not, ever book with this management company.nMy wife and I booked a trip with our kids to Hawaii. we had booked flights, car rental, and a few other things today while we were going to stay.nwe had booked over Christmas which is a peak time, but then just get an email stating that out accomodations have been cancelled and our deposit will be refunded. When I called I was basically told there is nothing they can do, and there is no laws stopping them from doing it.nBeing a few months out from Christmas, good luck finding any other places to stay. They completely ruined a once in a life time trip for me and my family.nSo do your self a service and use someone else.nnMahalo

The property was nice - dirty when we moved in but still nice. That’s the only reason I’ll give two stars. My wife and I were consistently disrespected and talked down to (especially by Alice) after we finally were even considered for the place. They didn’t run our credit at all initially and denied us. The staff is unprofessional and you have to drive to the office to pay the bill. They need major updates and new management.

We happened upon a listing for Hawaii condo rental last September. My online booking didn't work, so I called Alice. She was the most amazing, accommodating property manager we have encountered in 16 years of visiting the islands.nHer team is friendly, professional and very responsive. Any concerns during our stay were immediately addressed. We had a lovely time in our condo, but a GREAT experience working with Alice.
