I had a really easy time getting a place to rent quickly! Although I did change my mind at the last minute and didn't take the rental unit, property professionals was really helpful and guided me through every step!

Awesome staff. Quick response. Not sure why other people had such bad service with them but from my experience it was excellent. I've also learned you cant please everyone so possibly those negative responses could be because of that. #Noteveryonelikesicecream

All the properties managed by this company are not well kept or maintained. Was taken to view several properties, which they considered “super nice”, but all were very dirty and falling apart. Our concerns about the conditions were quickly dismissed which seemed to be the theme. There was even a dead bird and fleas in one house!nIf that’s their standard for their properties, I would not feel comfortable having them as my property manager.

They managed my property for seven years and ran it into the ground. Its taken months and thousands of dollars to rehab the property. They claim its normal wear and tear (holes in the wall, damaged gutters, spay paint, smoke damage etc - on and on) so that they are not responsible. Rather then take responsibility, they will terminate the property management agreement and leave you to handle it alone. They suggest companies for repairs who overcharge by 30-40%. Dont expect them to manage your property maintenance needs. Honestly fraud is the best term here.

They blocked my last reviews so I'll keep trying. Brenda will slow walk application and simply won't rent to you if your not a local. I filed multiple appeals to HUD and they keep rubber stamping them. They simply will not rent to certain people from the mainland. If I say the word google blocks me but we know. This is a terrible company. Just read the other reviews to confirm. And what's more, they just don't care. Stay away.
