The association had a laundry list of several issues. They came and fixed all in one or 2 days. Very efficient and Shar in the office is very trustworthy to contact tenants and resident manager ahead.

Of all days our water heater goes out on Memorial Day. I Called P&S Plbg thinking they would not be answering. But they had and another customer had canceled so we jumped on it. Gary the owner returned my call promptly was able to find and pick up the one we needed. Gary’s wife had called to give us an estimated time when they’d be arriving. So 30 minutes within our window of arrival, Gary called.nThey arrived and took care of business.nMike & Zak are great assets to the company.nDid an excellent job on picking up replacing and removal of our water heater. Gary suggested that we get a stand for the water heater, we agreed and off Zak went to pick 1 up for us. While Mike was preparing the installation of the water heater.nWe had also asked Gary if he had time and would change out the pressure regulator and valve and he did!nVery accommodatingnWe trusted his suggestions and are very happy we had.nVery professional, friendly and a top notch company

We had Michael come and help us for our water heater going out. He was earlier than planned and was super helpful. He got the owner, Gary, and another guy out within 2 hours of seeing the original estimate to help with the job. They were very helpful, productive and extremely knowledgable. Will be recommending whenever needed. Thanks guys! Great work!

Called P&S spoke with Sharlene explained the problem I was having with my kitchen drain. Asked for their service and estimate. Sharlene was able to get back to me once she had one of the plumbers available, gave me a time frame of when plumber would be expected and he was here earlier then the actual time given. Awesome customer service, very honest plumber Harlen who did an excellent job for me. I’d definitely recommend P&S Plumbing. Mahalo Sharlene and Harlen

Wow what a gem I found with P & S plumbing..They make you feel like part of the family..Have used Gary and his crew for several of my resident jobs and couldnt be happier. From quick response, great prices, and impeccable work, this is nothing but a quality company..Keep up the great work guys. hope I wont need your services in the near future, but if I do I know your only a phone call away..mahalo Joe
