The service and care I have received at Big Island Cleaners has been outstanding! Paul is always so professional and pleasant to work with and the work he has done for me has been excellent and reasonably priced. I highly recommend this company!!

A waste of money. I’m 100% sure they took my coat, wrapped it and gave it back to me without cleaning it properly. My coat looked exactly the same with some dog fur on it, the lady did let me know she couldn’t get “all” of it off, but it was exactly the same when I got it back. The inside wasn’t even steamed because I could see the wrinkles. Horrible business. Just clean it yourself or go somewhere else.

They are professional Dry cleaners, friendly and Alterations are an added service.

Used this business many times. I have had good service as well as clean clothes. The prices are reasonable by Hawaii standards.

Very helpful and honest about dry cleaning certain items.
