Love this car wash! My kids love all the different colors that come on while your going through the wash process! Reasonably priced! Love the option of the vaccums once your done!
We went in for an Oil change. Zack helped us. He was 100% professional from start to finish. His customer service ability went as far as to ask if we care for some water. Which we replied, Yes! He handed us two Chilled bottles of water. He was thorough in the process. We left feeling Pampered, Happy and most of all. A Big Smile on our Face.
Extremely professional clean and insightful company. Lance who helped me was extremely helpful and courteous helping me with my vehicle let me know exactly what we’re the issues I was having and how exactly to have them fixed. Prices for services are fair and everyone there works together as a team to make sure everyone’s vehicles are safe out on the road and all the customers needs are met. Amazing Aloha spirit and work!

The manager Lance failed to communicate about getting safety checks with temporary registration forms, but still continued to do the inspection and failed my vehicle, which I had to pay for his mistake. Even his employees knew they don’t do safety checks with temporary registration forms ( other places do in Hilo) and they didn’t understand why he continued doing it when he took a look at our papers!! Not management material and lack Of customer service!
