Very rude Lady There! Im born and raised in Hawaii...and she is not what the front Lady to represent hawaii and People Of Hilo. If I was the Owner I would be very dissapointed in the myself for hiring someone to represent my business.nHope she has a better day tomorrow and have a lil more kindness twoards people. I get coffee here frequently. Always clean and well stocked. Staff are all friendly and pleasant. Very busy location sometimes.
I was at this station to get 20$ in gas and pack of smokes. Used my debit card. No gas was put on pump. When I went in they said I already pumped gas. Not nothing was put on pump. Went back in told try again. Then they wanted me to swipe card at pump. I call this fraud. For product then payment again.nGiven stink eye from cashier. 3d time problem at this station. Will NEVER buy from Any Texaco again.
Car wash made my car covered in some nasty black grease and the lady wouldn't give me a refund. She said my car probably always looks like that lol, she's a toad
