Broke a piece off my roof rack and filled out incident report. Management took almost two weeks to respond to review claim and video. I also had called on the third day to see if they got the claim which is stated on the incident form. Management said unable to replace my part since car is old and not under manufacture warranty. Car pretty much had to be new! Had gone through car was several times before with no incident. Roller on top half way through the wash ripped off rack covering. They said the blower blew it off stating that the part was defective. Very disappointed with outcome. Stated that need to go through insurance. I personally will not go there again!
Aloha, beautiful girlfriend of mine has a nice new Kia. She keeps it very clean with the help of this car wash and the fact that she has an unlimited wash pass for the month. She can take it in everyday if she likes. On the side I wash cars by hand at a local car rental. It's right up the street from this car wash and I wondered if there were such a pass that I can buy for the month for my side job hand washing rental cars right up the street. I figure it would be mutually beneficial they get more business I get my cars washed faster. Doesn't seem that hard but when I called up there they beat around the bush never even gave me a price so they would have to come in to talk to the manager. I wish I could just get this done over the phone save some time anyways I'll think about stopping by there
Do not go here to wash your car if you need to shop and pass matson inspection. I washed my car three times and the matson folks still failed me for dirt in my wheel well
Quick and easy! Took my rental car here and got a full drive through wash, they also do a pre- wash with pressure washers and have free vacuums- clutch! Not too cheap with prices at 12, 14, and 16, but definitely quality and convenient!
I will not be returning to this business again. As a long time client that brought multiple vehicles monthly I was treated poorly by the what I assume was the manager. The customer service was Horrendous.
