They do the best they can and respond quickly to all complaints I've had.

Called wrong department for info regarding background checks but was politely given the phone number for the correct department. They were knowledgeable and helped me determine what process to use. Mahalo

They were very gentle when they handcuffed me. Their patrol car was a Toyota 4Runner (very nice) and they even let me ride shotgun. Overall very professional in comparison to arrests by other precincts on the mainland. Would let them arrest me again, for sure.

Needed to know how to file a police report for a recent theft that occurred in a neighboring town (1.5 hour drive away). I called the non-emergency number and the female was extremely hateful from the start. I called back and asked for someone else because I just couldn’t handle be spoken to with such hate, and the communication was just terrible with the next female too. She just wanted to yell. They were both just big bully’s who didn’t care in assisting with one basic question: Where do I file a police report without having an officer come to my house? Gives me no faith in the department’s ability to care for, and communicate effectively with this community. So sad.

Rude, disrespectful employees. So nice to deal with uneducated punks when you are calling for help.
