She answered every question I had, took me to all the houses I was interested in viewing but ultimately we landed a beautiful and PERFECT home that she found for ME! She advised me to get the home inspection and helped me to make a great offer that in this SELLER economy, my offer was accepted amongst 8 others!!! It was perfect! Everything was perfect. I recently moved across the country from Rhode Island to Washington. Two weeks before our big move, we received a phone call from Military housing informing us that they would not have a house ready before our arrival date. Thus began our frantic last minute search for a home in Washington while living in Rhode Island. I reached out to my sponsor in the office I would eventually work in and was recommended Holly Njenga. I reached out to her and received a response early the next morning. Holly spent the next week tirelessly searching the surrounding area to find a rental that met our needs and our budget exactly. Not only did she work with us on finding a property, but she personally reached out to the Realty Office we would be renting through with any questions or concerns we might have.
