Holly was simply amazing! I reached out to her in order to find my first home. I have never gone through the process of home purchase so this was my first home buying experience ever! She answered every question I had, took me to all the houses I was interested in viewing but ultimately we landed a beautiful and PERFECT home that she found for ME! She advised me to get the home inspection and helped me to make a great offer that in this SELLER economy, my offer was accepted amongst 8 others!!! It was perfect! Everything was perfect. Even got me home warranty for the first year! I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy, sell or rent homes. She is attentive, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and just overall fantastic!

I recently moved across the country from Rhode Island to Washington. Two weeks before our big move, we received a phone call from Military housing informing us that they would not have a house ready before our arrival date. Thus began our frantic last minute search for a home in Washington while living in Rhode Island. I reached out to my sponsor in the office I would eventually work in and was recommended Holly Njenga. I reached out to her and received a response early the next morning. Holly spent the next week tirelessly searching the surrounding area to find a rental that met our needs and our budget exactly. Not only did she work with us on finding a property, but she personally reached out to the Realty Office we would be renting through with any questions or concerns we might have. Needless to say, without Holly’s diligence and willingness to help in any way she could, I’m not confident that we would have found the exact home we wanted, in such a short amount of time, on the other side of the country. We intend to start looking to buy a house in the next year, and we will DEFINITELY be reaching out to Holly again when the time comes.
