This was my first time here and Linda was great! I liked how she had her nails and she did an amazing job duplicating them! She also did my pedicure. I love that! Most of the time they hand me off to someone else but I love that she did both things. Great service and attitude.
We have been here several times now. The staff is friendly, patient, and professional. It is very clean and everyone is very skilled. Best pedicure I've ever had! They are always very busy though, so make an appointment and be patient. They are worth the wait!
First they were pushy about getting a gel pedicure despite me saying no 2 times. Then she used the scrub and never washed it off! I have all the layers they used through the pedicure stuck to my now sticky legs. It is not comfortable to have a stone massage with scrub still on your legs. My mom was had a pedicure done at the same time and they cut her toes twice. No apology. The final straw is nail clippings and skin all over the floor. It was gross!
Linda did an amazing job. I showed her a photo of what I wanted and she asked numerous questions to make sure she got it just right. 10/10 recommend Bella Nails and Spa!! Ask for Linda!
We came for walk in pedicures and they were able to seat us right away. The whole place is clean and new and a very nice environment. Trinity helped pick out a color when I wasn’t sure what would work and then she did a beautiful design to bring on some sunshine! We will definitely be coming back regularly, love how convenient it is to Ridgefield area!
