Stopped in to add a galaxy Tab s6 to my phone plan and see if we could resolve some issues I had experienced traveling. Briefly put, the girl helping me and her support staff in store were stellar. T Mobile tech support whom she was working with on the phone to resolve issues were less than stellar.nnIn particular, the girl in the store helping me confronted tech and strongly advocated my best interest. I was impressed.
