Action Drain & Rooter Service

They came out promptly Tuesday to fix a partially clogged drain. The tech, a very nice guy, left after about an hour and promised follow up by Action Drain too solve the clog that was now a full drain clog in the next 24 hours. 11 days later I had to call for follow up. To their credit they quickly sent a tech to follow up the next Friday. However the issue was never resolved and we were instructed to call a plumber to solve the issue as we were presented a bill for both visits.nnVery nice people, poor follow up and our issue was never resolved.

I had Action Drain at my house about 18 years ago for a city mandated project separating the gutter system water from the sewer drain field. It was extensive, they dug down to the foundation (bottom of the basement all the way around the house), laid in a new drain field, replaced sewer piping complete from inside the basement out to street, installed a sump pump in an outside circular well, the works. Now here's what's impressed me the most. I've never had a lick of water in my basement. Not only that, we had a big ice storm in February that knocked power out on my street for four days, on a street where all of the houses have basements. EVERY neighbor I talked with had flooding in their basement, while mine remained BONE dry. I don't think any of those other houses had Action do that mandated work for them like we did. They used other service providers. Whatever Action did here at my house, they did it right. If this company is still providing the quality work I received, I can recommend them without reservation.

Always reliable service. We'll priced inspections too. My first choice for sewer scope inspections.

I would highly recommend Action Drain to anyone....we had a major problem and they found a way to get us fixed ASAP....they were professional....considerate...reasonable....available to answer calls....in my opinion they are top notch..!
