I called Rod and about 20 other plumbers in the area and everyone was busy. We use a cistern for water and had a water booster pump go out leaving us with NO water. We called the pump supplier and our fault code caused them to recommend pump replacement. Pump was installed by a licensed plumber (now retired) only two years before and supplier stated warranty is no longer in effect. Needless to say we were not happy.nnWhen we called Rod he was on his way to supplier and told me he would check it out but could not do any work until 4-5 days. After a couple hours and no one able to beat his estimated schedule he called and told us he could get pump under warranty and replace in a couple hours! Knowing our dire situation Rod called back in afternoon stating he got pump and rearranged his schedule to fit us in the next day!nnLiving in a rural area Rod came out replaced pump and saved us on cost of new unit. He was friendly, professional and very responsive to our situation. I highly recommend Glover Plumbing & Heating. Extremely pleased we found him and he made our situation a priority over his busy schedule. Forever grateful!
