It's a nice little hardware store in the neighborhood that has pretty much everything you need from lawn maintenance to a plumbing fix. The staff have been pretty helpful, but it hasn't been that busy when I've come in, so the register is sometimes unstaffed. If that's the case it's best to grab someones attention when you're ready to check out. Also the parking situation is a little weird, you have to pull in between the transmission shop and the store to drive around behind to park. If you pull into the road next to the transmission shop there is no way to get to the True Value. Also to note: the handicapped access looks pretty solid with marked spots next to an updated ramp.
This place is always clean and very neat. All of the employees that I come across are very friendly and helpful! I enjoy coming here.
Thanks for the help from the new cashier but the red head who was helping her has absolutely no customer service skills.
Convenient location. Friendly staff with a good supply of locks, keys, paint and other hardware basics.
It's a great place to pick up all kinds of stuff.
