I really want to like this wash but like someone else has said, the wash has put surface scratches in the clear coat. I do like the configuration but the wash I did tonight did not clean the back window or trunk lid, the roller stopped and raised. I need to buff the car out anyway, so not the end of the world but if I had just detailed it and found these swirls, I would not return. Hopefully the side brushes relax after more usage.
Great car wash. Thorough and quick. Love that you don't have to blow dry your car with the air nozzles after you just paid to have the car wash dry your car. (Clean freak). They offer the smelly wafers and dash wipes and what I like most are the towels to use for detailing door jams and other areas. They've got my business.
Impossible to cancel! About to report to the BBB and take legal action!
I’ve been trying to Cancel my pass for a few weeks now. I’ve sent several emails with no response. I’ve sent a Facebook message, I’ve called but have only been on hold for over 10 mins each time. I do not have time in my schedule to sit on hold all day.nnAll I need is my pass number since I do not have one on my windshield.nnI originally signed up when they opened for the pass because it was a deal for 6.95 unlimited express wash. What they failed to tell me was that I’d be charged 16.95 instead of 6.95.nnNot pleased with the customer service that I haven’t even received yet!nnIt’d be great if someone would contact me!nDon’t respond with “contact our corporate office” because clearly that’s not working.
Good experience, cheap monthly costs and many amenities!!
