If you're looking for affordable housing in the Provo area, keep your eye on Dean's website and open listings.nnGreat company with fantastic management. They're always willing to help and are extremely quick to perform maintanence and make repairs when needed, and will even help out with items that technically fall under the tenant's responsibility.nnWe have been lucky enough to be renting from DC Dean for a little over three years, and it has been an amazing experience. On top of that we have referred a few friends to rent from them as well and they have loved it as well.nnOverall a great company, great management, and great owners.

Excellent residence and friendly staff. I have lived in the same DC Dean rental for 10 years and loved it!
