There's a lot of housing in Provo, so you should definitely consider Glenwood last. If your apartment is not upgraded, it's going to be gross. I did a lot of deep cleaning with bleach and a toothbrush to make it look bearable, and even then there are certain parts that I couldn't make a dent in. Maintenance crews are very slow to respond to any requests you put in.nnGlenwood and the University Parking Enforcement will do everything in their power to screw you over when it comes to parking. I had a friend who was booted just a few hours after he moved in because the office was closed and that's who you have to contact to receive a parking pass. How does that make any sense? And you get put on a wait list because they apparently have limited passes even though you have a lease to live there? Unbelievable. As if college students don't have enough to worry about when it comes to the cost of rent and school. Absolutely pathetic.nnI only tolerated living here because all of my roommates are my close friends. I'm sure if we knew about the awful living conditions, we would have all found someplace else. Glenwood is a sorry excuse for student housing.

The lodges at Glenwood was a good place to live, especially your first year. It’s close to town and campus, and the apartments are adequate. The basic apartment was older, but it worked for college students. Would recommend for those in the first year.

Glenwood is way better than most other complexes out there. I would highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for affordable rent and a good social experience. They have good management that actually cares about you as a person. Bill the property manager was always super friendly and knew who I was and asked how I was doing on a regular basis. They have extremely affordable rent, tons of amenities (pool, hot tub, sand volleyball, BBQ, Fire Pit, Clubhouse), tons of cheap guaranteed parking (other places always oversell and overprice their parking passes) their initiation, application, and contract transfer fees are way cheaper than most other complexes too. Maybe it's not the newest or most boujee apartment complex but it's pretty nice especially because they've been remodeling a bunch of the apartments. Overall my stay at Glenwood was a great experience.

Apartments are older, but not terrible. Parking can be rough near the buildings but there is always parking in the overflow right behind the apartments. Had some minor issues sorting out my contract before I moved in but nothing too complicated. The people living there are great and the low rent is nice.

The Lodges at Glenwood isn't the worst place you could live. The rooms are well maintained and it's easy enough to get in contact with the office, but I would by no means call it great.nI moved in September of 2020. When all the amenities closed for the coronavirus for several months, the residents were offered nothing to compensate for the loss of what for many of us was a huge factor in choosing to live here in the first place.nA read through the housing agreement reveals that where the Glenwood gives you a break in rent pricing, they'll make up for in other places. Each room is charged approximately 90$ more for utilities then the maximum amount of utilities they are allotted (going over their limit in things like gas and water will net you with a bill from Glenwood)nThe parking situation is also a nightmare. There is not near enough parking passes going around for how many residents actually have cars. As a result, street parking is always full. It took me almost two months to get a parking pass.nAll in all, the Lodges at Glenwood is all too ready to screw you over. I imagine this will be my last year living here, though realistically, this kind of thing is pretty common in Provo anyway.
