Hogle Zoo Guest Services

The people working here are great. They took the time to listen and help us find what we needed. We enjoyed our visit but was disappointed that the zoo was not adequately prepared for the influx of people the day we visited. Only 2 places were open to get food or drinks which made it hard with little kids wanting to fill their cups or get their treats they like. We Were covered, but it was disappointing.

Super nice and very helpful. Need more people so the lines are not so long.

Too many people, no one social distancing and once inside people were taking off their masks. I didn't see any employees enforcing the rules.

I needed to speak to management due to maltreatment of a zoo staff and another staff member directed me to this office. I was able to talk to team leads who assured me they would fix the issue. They listened and treated me fairly and respectfully.

Nice family activity.
