Their customer work was amazing, they were communicative and kept me in the loop the whole time . Victor the plumber was awesome, he showed up explained to me. We had a clogged drain and he knew we were tight on money so he gave us three options to choose from,1 being the cheapest and 3 being the highest. He knew we couldn't afford number three so he worked on that drain vigorously and was able to clear it for us. I will use their company again.
We had Jorge out to replace water softener with a conditioner and to install a water-powered backup sump pump. Despite lots of technical troubles with the pump, Jorge stayed until late, late in the night trying to get things exactly as they should be. He was professional, helpful, and generally easy to project with. Would suggest again.
We were having a major leak in our bathroom and didn't know what the source was. I called into the office and they were able to send a tech out Omar came in the window of time, fixed the leak from a urinal faucet and also cleaned out the aerators in our sinks to create better water pressure (another trouble we were having). Would use them again!
Lizardo and Jeremiah were professional, they did a through task diagnosing and fixing the problem, project is still in progress as its a large project. but they were patient, mindful about wearing masks, shoe covers and cleaning up the bathroom after the task was done on their first day. I would highly recommend everyone to use their services!
