When I arrived at City Hall I was a bit discouraged because the parking lot was absolutely full. I immediately thought I was going to be there a while. The handicap parking was empty though so, bonus for me.nWhen I got inside I expected a line at least but there wasn't one! Someone told me to have a seat they'd be right with me. Before I could sit someone was asking what I needed. I was there for a building permit. The whole process took less time than it took me to write this!nThe people were very nice as well. The only question I still have is, were was everybody? The lot and street parking was full. Post office maybe? Anyway that's all I got.

Had a passport appointment today and when I arrived they informed me they are not processing passport until the end of April . I simply phone call to let me know before I wasted my time going to them. Did they forget how to use a phone?
